I waited a few years to write this review because that's how long it takes to know if a roofer did a good job.
Gary came and looked at our roof, which was a mess - we shared a roof with a neighbor and it was 1/2 replaced 18 years prior. There were issues with drains and posts which were causing leaks all over.
I got an estimate for a complete re-roof and one for a strategic patch and repair job. Being tight on funds, I took the latter. Jose brought some very experienced workers who re-constructed some parts of the roofing, patched others, and left the area clean. The price was more than fair, I got an estimate right away, and the work started and completed promptly.
So here we are a few years later and the roof is great - five stars.
Gary is also bright, personable, and a straight-shooter. My experience with other roofers over the years has been the opposite. Gary was great and when I need more roofing work he'll be my first and likely only call.

As part of an HOA it has been a very long process getting all owners to decide that we would invest in painting the exterior. When we finally made the decision we compared a number of bids. Gary Molina painting came out as least expensive.
The HOA then worked to schedule the job. The crew set up appointments with all owners and guided us through the process of selecting colors and sheen level. Swatches were painted on the walls giving us ample time to evaluate our choices and ensuring we felt comfortable with our decisions.
The work was meticulous and completed on time. Costs were clear to all parties and decision points explained so there were no surprises. The before and after photos are remarkable. Painting the exterior of our home was one of the quickest and easiest ways to enhance the value and increase our pride in ownership.
I would highly recommend Gary Molina painting.

Contacted Gary MOLINA Painting in August and was provided a reasonable estimate for work to be done in the off season for a discount which worked out well given that we live in San Francisco and Feb has been mostly dry. I had also wanted my siding to be replaced and Gary recommended a carpenter who came in prior to the paint job and coordinated with painters on timing. Very pleased with the quality of both the team of workers who showed up to do the work and the end result. I will certainly recommend others to use Gary if they are not in a rush and ok with waiting for reasonably priced and quality work
